Piero Maccanti with Aldo Gliozzi

Piero Maccanti leaves the leadership of the Tanner Association of Santa Croce sull’Arno, after having guided it for 25 years. Now the helm passes to Aldo Gliozzi, assistant manager since 2001 and who is in the associative field since 1997.
The new director, 50 years old, has been in office since February 1st and comments on what he defines as a ‛continuity’ rotation: “I thank the Presidency and the Council members for their trust. On the basis of the experience gained from those who preceded me, we will face a lot of work to do, strengthening the support to associated tanneries in particular on issues of current interest such as circular economy, professional training and sustainability at 360 degrees”.
