Barnini had excellent results at the recent Simac Tanning Tech 2018 tradeshow, where leather sector operators showed great interest in the company’s new rotary spray booth. “People like it for various technical reasons, like the paint distribution inlet, which instead of being on the inside is positioned over the booth, and the control unit which has been installed on a carousel for the very first time, making it easier to move it closer to the guns to carry out all the various functions and procedures. Then there’s the added advantage of easy-access maintenance, which can now be carried out from above”, explains young entrepreneur Matteo Simoni.
With its essential design, the new booth, which in typical Barnini style is made of stainless steel, will not act as a replacement for the previous model but is an expansion of the Tuscany-based company’s product range. “As often occurs, the improvements are initially developed to satisfy our clients’ needs, but over time they can also become a standard”, continues Simoni.
In fact, among the many product specifications worth noting, the booth features easy-access front doors, with glass that can be unlocked and moved over to one side; an ample internal surface area with a water film spray to reduce pollutants and keep surfaces clean; a pressurised air filter system that removes dust particles, preventing stray elements from contaminating the painted leather surfaces and, finally, a colour switch system that can be easily adjusted using the intuitive and user-friendly control unit. A vast series of new tools and upgrades that prove Barnini’s constant commitment to researching and developing new solutions for the tanning industry.
