Rescheduled for next year. Due to the persistence of the Covid-19 pandemic and the consequent international travel restrictions, with imposed quarantine for those entering China from abroad, the organisers of the All China Leather Exhibition (ACLE) eventually had to give up and announce the suspension. The large Chinese event dedicated to the leather area has been postponed directly to next year, and will be staged from 31 August – 2 September, 2021.
Mr Li Yuzhong, chairman of the China Leather Industry Association (CLIA) which organises the fair together with APLF, said: “The decision to postpone the event is dictated by prudence and aimed at protecting the interests of exhibitors and visitors. We will now work to set up an even more important event next year. Because of the pandemic, the industry must prepare for new challenges, but I am sure that the health emergency will soon end and that the future will be brighter for everyone”.
